$150 - $250 per month for Select Teams Head Coach
$250 - $450 per month for Academy or Adult Open Cascadia Team
$450 - $750 per month for Academy Traveling Team or UPSL Open Team

Full Job Description
Part-Time Coaches Wanted – Thurston County Soccer Academy is a youths and adult (boys & girls) soccer program with an emphasis on character and academy skills development. We are seeking a few great coaches to join in the upcoming season.

COACH SALARY & BENEFITS:

COACHES MUST BE:
- Minimum age 18+ for U5-U9 teams.
- Minimum age 20+ for U10 to U13 teams.
- Minimum age 30+ for U14 – Men Open teams
- Passion for soccer and positively impacting players
- Reliable, personal vehicle and a valid Washington Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Part-Time Availability Weekdays and Weekend
COACHES MUST BE WILLING TO:
- Implement our Director of Coaches curriculum clearly with enthusiasm
- Arrive on-time to all practices and provide constant positive experience to their players and their families
- Maintain equipment accountability and manage your team rosters

OUR CULTURE:
We are a young company, we encourage all our coaches and staff to spend time with each other and support each other’s team during practices, tournaments or league games as well as organize events for the club. From, sample pickup games, community events (fundraiser or supporting our community), team dinners, or end-of-season parties within our club.
